Three words I'd use to describe myself are joyful, growth-seeking, and radiant. Of greatest importance in my life is spiritual growth - to fully realize my unbounded higher self, living more and more from that place and less with ego in the driver's seat. I honor and celebrate my humaness (words from a formerly agonized perfectionist), making the most of being an ecstatic spirit in a body.

My passion is to share tantra with others. In this day and age when the evolution of our consciousness is more important than ever, I see tantra as a form of spirituality well suited to today's needs. It supports balance, creativity, joy, health, presence, radiant sexuality, abundance, open-heartedness, spiritual growth, inner-peace, pleasure, well-being, playful ecstatic awareness, embodied bliss. It inspires the courage to change, the challenge to be real, and the discovery of the sacred in all of life's aspects. I am a teacher of Ipsalu Tantra Kriya Yoga and would love to share with you the power and beauty of this transformational path.
